JCI Mapusa in collaboration with the Aldona Institute has held a talk for young girls in the village of Aldona on going pad free with menstrual cups. After the promising talk held by Goan gynaecologist Dr Deepti Pinto Rosario, over 50 girls have bid adieu to rashes and environment polluting pads and switched to menstrual cups which not only are super cost-effective but also environment friendly, leakproof, rash-free and gives women the freedom to swim.
